This is the first reported bug of this happening and the only code added to the mod was for the costumes to fit cuz the world head is big. It might be other mods, u can add me on discord (user: nouser723) and u send screenshots so it would be easier to fix/understand

Probably gonna update the sprites for picking up ( falling down, taking damage ect) as they're mostly placeholders
