really cool mod, but its very strange that the Cav Upkeep goes from 50% at level 4 to 10% at level 5, maxing at 20% at 7.

YES!!! Thank you for this mod! I've previously made a suggestion to the AGOT team to make Harrenhal a more significant/powerful castle once its been fully repaired. Put simply, Harrenhal just doesn't fully live up to its reputation in-game. But thank you again for this mod! ❤️
