Is this mod still working? All the decisions seem to work, however the states don't change categories?

@𓆣Hydro𓇋𓅓 It is meant to be late game content, there is no specific tier in mind, but if you want to min max getting cities fast I guess go ahead, though it's tied to techs and industrial capacity

By what year should you normally expect to build the highest tiers?

the specific city decisions are not one time click for the simple reason that they can cancel if you lose the cities, I want you to be able to retake the decisions

I have not yet implemented the ability to rename cities, that is coming in the megapolis update, but enclave reborn redux should just have events which allow you to rename them.

Brooo can I rename New Vegas, Boneyard, Sac-City and other back to normal names with Enclave Reborn on? i want to also see these cities recontructed and all

The decision to develop the cities doesn’t pop up in my decision tabs. Is there a requirement for it to pop up and where should I put this in the load order?

Well, I'd assume there are people manning the factories which you are using to complete the decisions. I don't think I will change it to use manpower also since I don't see this as that different from just building a factory as you usually do.

This decision should also use manpower
