I actually prefer these rebels over the Alyx Style Sitizens, not that those are bad but their outfits here with less equipment is more in line with the that the rebels are just people with citizens clothes equipped with stolen CPs vests you know?
And the best part is ,by giving priority to this one over the Alyx Style Citizens we can have both rebels and citizens with HD clothes :D
