Not currently. I'm not sure how to add a module to a mission without putting it in the mission.sqm file, and I can't put it in the mission.sqm file without it becoming a requirement to play the mission. If you know how to add a module to a mission via script, let me know and I'll see about adding the module if that mod is loaded.
