@JohnHemingway Understood, i have all the appropriate DLC's. I don't know what it was but from testing that's what i found. Yeah not a huge fan of some of the AGOT dev choices for some of the castles. The wasterlands especially. Idk if you're if you're going to be updating anytime soon. But if and when you do and want I have few location that could use one of your fine HA and I give reasons if needed. All the Darklyn Houses that are left so that Dargood and Darkwood, Goldgrass House Stout, Wolf's Den House Manderly, Mistlewood House Charlton their getting a Legacy tree in Bloodlines, Beacon's Rock in the Shield Isles, Goodwreath House Musgood their just in cool location and Kipress House Dutton I personal like your Uppervale men castles like Crestfall haha. These are all just suggestions of course. I share your mod with everyone, but you know ppl are weird about AI which I get, but its also dumb. If your not profiting off of it then i don't see the problem. Still enjoy the mod.

@Ransack Dornish castles are the same as in the base AGOT - with the required dlcs: iberian castles for stone dornish, persian for sand and salt. Without dlcs - mena castles.

Sandstone fixed, one line was missing.

As for cracklaw, with Northern Lords, both the vanilla AGOT and this mod use norse castles. Without the mod, I use northmen castles, because vanilla use indian castles that I don't like for clawmen.

@Johnhemingway So I found that your mod, which i love using btw. Changes Holding models of the Salt,Sand, and Stone dornish to use the same model and not the correct models for their cultures and it's goofy looking and causes Sandstone vanishes if you build a tier 5 castle. It's also changes the crackclawmens culture castles to use the incorrect model.

@JohnHemingway Hell yeah dude! clean update, thanks for making some changes i suggested, really cool of ya. Love it, i couple more if your ever interested for your next update.

@johnHemingway still pretty cool and impressive.I think Stonehelm is one the best ones, there all really good. Personal favs are Lonmouth Hall, Banefort, The Whispers, Oldstones and Sea Dragon Castle. Grafton's Hold and Feast Fire are crazy good. Heart's Home, Iron Oak, Ninestars fantastic. Grey Glen could be more Gloomy and Grey lol, Castle Rathmore where you can refound House Shell could use an HA. kinda liked your HA for Fairgate Tower form before, but very nice. Seal Rock and Wolf's Den in White Harbor could use some as well noticed share New Castles HA. Hope you don't think I'm complaining, I've been talking up and sharing your mod in every forum, especially with model and lore creators. It's helps more visual oriented ppl like myself and makes playing as minor house even more fun and interesting, so thanks for that.

@Ransack You can check Change Notes to see what's new:
"1.5.2
- new arts for 7 provinces: Hammerford, Strong Keep, Whitewalls, Stoneway Gate, High Hermitage, The Scales, Moorwood
- updated arts: Longtable, Fairgate"

Almost all arts are AI generated by me. Sadly, there's no way to find nearly 400 fitting graphics in a similar style created by real artists. So, I check the AGOT map for what I need, try to find some infos in the lore for bigger castles, generate and edit graphics with a few AI image generators, then edit if needed or sometimes merge like 3 or 4 different graphics into one in GIMP and that's it. Nothing fancy :).
And Stonehelm is one of those arts I have a problem with because it should be from black and white stone, not just white. But whatever :d

What did you add in the update? also where do you fine these Holding arts? Some of them are to perfect like Stonehelm lol
Ransack 8 月 23 日 下午 12:44
@JohnHemingway HAHA! I understand that. I only ask cause there is a really REALLY good lore/legacy mod that adds unique buildings and landmarks to some of the towns mainly the more important locations, like Lord Harroway Town, Fairmarket, Tumbleton, Harrentown/Harrenton hes adding weeping town and ashfod. He's always updating to, should check it out it pairs well with your mod. Couple Houses that is needs a Holding art Castle Middlebury and Whitewalls when Butterwell build it. best holding art mod hand down not even close, thanks agian.

@Ransack I thought about towns, but I don't know, I'm lazy. Maybe I'll add some graphics for major cities in Westeros with Essosi arts (if it ever happens). Also, the fact that I barely know the lore doesn't help with finding important towns on the map.
And temple arts not gonna happen, I almost never click on them when I play :D.

@JohnHemingway That makes sense, I do enjoy a good Osgrey play through. Awesome, I can't wait to see the Holding art for a return of House Strong. Keep up the great work. Much appreciated. Have you thought about unique holding art for the major towns and inns? like Fairmarket, Harroways town, in of the knelling man, Nagas bones or any of the septs? Ive been sharing your mod to a lot folks and that was question that came up.

Hi.
Sulfur Lau - sorry, I missed your comment :D. At this point for both questions my answer is "I don't know, propably not". At least I don't know how to do it.

Ransack - thx for your kind words and feedback. Standfast in some previous version of the mod had an art with just a simple towerhouse, but when I was playing as Osgreys and rebuilding castle, I wanted to look it better, so I decided to use some small castle instead just to make it cooler. "Style over substance" :D. But I'll keep it in mind and maybe find some better graphic. And for the Strong Keep, yep, I've got some leftovers, I'll add a graphic to it in the next update.
Ransack 8 月 21 日 下午 5:10
Strong Keep in the Gaines could use a unique Holding Model. It is the Ancestral Keep of House Strong. There is great lore mod that allows you to refound House Strong to the Keep. Youre mod makes even the small house feel fun and interesting.

Love this mod so much. I like how you even gave the ruins there own art, Hoare Castle art is so cool for such crap crap castle haha. My only critique so far is that the Holding art for House Osgreys holding Standfast is way to nice for what Standfast actually looks like in the book, Knight of the seven kingdoms. it's just a Tower with crap motte that falling apart. Really awesome mod man, ive enjoyed on my play throughs.

Can these two situations be achieved? :steamhappy:
1.My new culture can have a unique set of style pictures.
2.Automatically set different images based on terrain.

The Reach cities in the North are definitely terrifying, thanks for the info :D. I hope to fix that today.
Random bystander 7 月 19 日 下午 12:59
Thanks for a great mod! The only bug I found is that Harborman culture uses the Reach art for cities which looks a bit out of place in the North.

Great mod with good consistency throughout, look forward to more and more being added.
