Turns Out it was an npc addon i that a had installed witch had an old verson of your armored headcrab on it witch was conflicting with the headcrab armor texture. Sorry about the mix up. Keep making dope mods like this, it always nice to see HL2-Styled mods on the Gmod workshop!

if you have it installed locally you need to uninstall that and then reinstall the workshop version, since that has the most up-to-date textures

hi EJ, related to your addons i think a addon with the zbase went missing along time ago, i recovered the gma, and ithink its the one with all the zbase styled ones, probably you made it private by accident
