its not a bad character, but there's basically an instakill move, so I wouldn't recommend using this mod if you're going for balance. if you want chaos though, this character definitely fits that.

the best thing about this character is that he's actually solid in terms of gameplay; it isn't the oversized meme done in a day, it's genuinely fun

The only way to make this mod even more perfect would be to have the voice clips randomly play at different speed.
