@FlyingDutchman So I checked it works fine, but as a matter of fact only with Commonlib active, I have added it to the required Items of the mod.
Also it might take a Sector/Exploration Tick to update the Vision.

@FlyingDutchman thats odd, I will check on this later on. For the time being trying to Install Commonlib Mod as well, it fixes a lot of editor issues.

I cant use the combat action on livewire for some reason.
