Thank you! Haha, I just noticed that at night :-). I have no modding experience so unfortunately I cannot help you, but there are other streetlight mods (such as this one linked below which I already have) that do light up, so I'm sure you'll find a way to make them shine :-)

I came online to find some place-able streetlights for my Siberian country, and straightaway found what I am looking for! Thank you! I cannot see DPRK streetlights an issue in my Siberia :-).
