When you give andersenman the mind-altering substance used, could I get some too?

When I smoke my ideas are tame things like Gundams with chainsaw-laser hands.
I just don't have the pure creativeness to come up with a 183mm-DU-HESH-AI round.

So, with HESH denoting the working principle of a (relatively) slow, deforming, delay-initiated, high-explosive payload … and DU being exclusively used as a high-speed, self-sharpening, kinetic penetrator … Which mind-altering substance was involved in coming up with this round, and how much, and where can I get some?
