How come when i hit esc+f1 nothing happens

but when i press esc and hit 1-9 on my keypad it activates random things like god mode, death aura etc?

yes, it confirmed, if I switch game speed back to 10x, NPC animation could play as usual

probably a bug?
it seems like tuning time speed to realistic (1x) could make some NPC animations repeatedly playing again and again, for e.g., Cardan grabbing vodka from player, I wonder if it's possible to change animation play time duration?

Spawning of items working for me. The menu with godmode, infinite stamina etc is not. The execute button doesn't seem to affect that menu.
