im sorry if im annoying but their could be a mod where the rebels are varied and some of them has the reimagined PCV vest, im not forcing anyone to do this i just thought it look cool ( sorry )

Great addon! I wonder if it would be possible for Shotgunners (and maybe Elites if you plan on making them compatible) to wear berets with the pouches instead of helmets, sorta like this addon:
