Like Sa-Daniels said, every one of this addons has around 100 to 200 sound files, GMOD has a limit of how many sounds it can cache per one game session, you are hitting the limit, unfortunately you are going to need to sacrifice some MW mods or other mods that add too many sounds.
Why would you want to start a lot of MWB weapons, a MW/CW/BO/VG weapon averages around 150 sound effects
