It allowed me to experience Elf Girl Fantasia mod and i am thankful because its very good.

@Mr.Hmm after looking at the content of that mod I think it probably doesn't makes a difference, it seems like it only adds a font, so I'd say put it wherever you prefer. I'd probably put it after this one just in case
