I was doing full campaign mode with 56 units

Are you playing in single mission mode? for some reason playing in campaign mode, only like half of the unit will spawn. For all my missions, you should play in single mission mode so the spawns work as intended.

me and my friend playing as japanese. after the initial soviet infantry attack, nothing happened. friend was able to run over there and start using their guns
