It should be just fine to add or subtract when you're saved at a station.

Yes. Since those work with Dynamic Europa (they do, right?), and this only touches some of the same files that DE does, then it'll be fine.

Will this work with mods that modify and add beacon stations and shipwrecks? I'm not sure if they're considered part of level generation in a way that affects spires.
