This makes the infected sound actually terrifying.

The idles were extremely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from the start, glad somebody at least pointed this out, they will be fixed shortly, when the patch released feel free to inform me if the issue persists.

Actually I was wrong about the infected being quiet LOL, their loudness is just fine

This mod is great, but there is one thing that needed to be addressed. Some of the idle sounds of the infected have a weird high pitched static sound, and I think the volume is a little too low

best common infected sounds on the workshop, not too loud not quiet either i added Harbor's Common Infected Sounds his ceda death suit sounds specifically to it and repacked it sounds amazing thanks for your work!

As for that idea if yours, I'll just mess around in audacity to find a perfect match I guess.

For now it'll stay like this, but the next update will add mixes of both genders for non-catagorized sounds like idles and such, with that coming there will at least be a chance for the infected to play their genders fitting voice line.

hm, I see... perhaps pitch shifting regular male sounds up a little? I think that's the case with some of those sounds in L4D2.

Closest thing to that would be clickers, which would be a no-go for this mod.

are there no fitting TLOU sounds that could be "gender-indistinguishable" so to put it?

@Thebadmankev That's an issue with left 4 dead's way of handling general sounds, before the males there are some uncatagorized sounds that both male and female will play, it will be nearly impossible to make the consistency's perfect.

hold on some sounds seem to be mixed like female commons have male runner sounds and male commons have female runner sounds

This mod alongside Yoru's Zombat horde sounds really compliments each other. Hopefully you get to update the mod. But if ever you are either unavailable to tend to this mod, may I continue the updates to this mod? I do have the sound files of the the TLOU CI and that I can just segregate the sounds of both male and female CI, and in turn, I can credit the mod to you altogether.
