Update to my previous comment: Only SOME of the new districts can't be designated. Other ones further down the list CAN be. And it feels like more of them have become available as I progress my campaign. How strange!

I'm also struggling to designate additional districts. (I'm using City 10 Zone but this version has more activity, so I'm hoping my comment will get more attention here.) When I try to assign a new district, I only get the option to change the two existing districts.

There's a 3rd zone for me, but whenever I try to build a designated district there, it opens the UI element offering my choices as if I'm changing the existing ones instead of adding a new one.

I'm confused, this one just doesn't work?

I was having the problem of not being able to purchase the 3rd zone. I tried unsubscribing and resubscribing multiple times to this mod, BPV, and the BPV Compatibility patch. Couldn't get it to work. So i then subscribed to the 15 City building slots as a compromise, now it works. I'm very confused.

Your recommendations on 4 Urban Zones mod fixed it. I downloaded the BPV - More Building Slots - Compatibility patch as well as re downloaded this mod.

Everything is working now. Thank you for making this mod and helping with the issues people are having!
