Played freeze tag back when old servers hosted it as a source mod, really sweet to see it return especially since it basically plays like a better arena mode.

Had a whole lot of arena haters playing freeze tag during its development who liked it way better than standard arena mode

Arena mode isn't good either, its gameplay isn't designed for casual let alone quickplay, which is why it was removed when meet your match came out, I think this is a step up since you aren't completely gated from playing until the round ends (which is also why gravestone is enjoyable since you can still interact in some way even if you aren't technically playing.)

Freeze Tag is worse Arena mode lol
