@DATA EXPUNGED I... don't think that was me. All I did was copy and paste like two files from the main mod into the folders of the same name of the old submods files. I'll give it a look, but I'm about as modding dumb as can be, so no promises on a fix.

I found a bug. The United Nations of Earth and Commonwealth of Man aren't selectable unless you have Humanoids. You moved them to 88_humanoids_prescripted_countries, rather than putting a variant in 01_top_countries_humans.

@Rogueone @Redovic Draconis while I agree it'd be nice for the mod to be fixed so downloading it is simple, its not very hard to go in and edit the file yourself. just head over to your mod folder, find the mod, and open up the ethics doc and change the number.

Please increase Gestalt ethos cost from 1 to 3 so that the 2 extra points are properly consumed.
