Not sure how to feel about the sticker. The 2D decal looks weird when it's supposed to represent a 3D object. Other than that, I really like this warpaint. It's simple and sleek.

Is the stripe part of the texture or some custom code thing?

I have to agree, the text doesn't really add much to the wear. It feels a little distracting at the size. I think it would be cool if you re-use those textures as their own warpaint. You could make the wear on this less noisy with blank paper or making the text so small that it just becomes tiny lines that aren't legible. Or replace them with actual tiny squiggly lines.
The other textures and base you made for this are peak though. I think you absolutely nailed the colors and metallic look of the briefcase.
Another feature for a V2 you could add are randomized stickers with alternative numbers, but even without them this stands up pretty well.

The war paint looks cool but when it gets worn down to the documents it looks really noisy. The tiny text looks fuzzy with how small it gets. Not sure if you can fix that by making the text bigger or just removing it.
