it affects ai because 1C1S mods dont know what team youll pick so both sides get the bonuses, but ai can actually use mod bonuses due to petroglyph games mod compatability updates.

why does it also have to effect the ai!? I would love to make my own scenario while not getting runned over in 1min by 100 ships, causing complete chaos
