it isn't a dependency, just ignore it. arma is dumb like that when you have mods running but create a comp that has none of the mods in them.

Why is this a dependency and just not some universal thing once you put in your mod list?

This mod doesn't appear in the mod list in the launcher, even after un- and resubscribing.
