Just sub to either this https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3474950134 or this https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3476150486 since I uploaded them to work as reskins for this specific model. Originally, I was going to make The Consul the defualt replacement but decided it'd be a lot better if I just used Breen that way you could use reskins for his face.
