The easiest way:
Find the workshop folder in steam, go to content\1771300\3476707991\Data, unpack (example WinRar) the djbnutrition_mod.pak file into the folder of the same name, go to libs\Tables\item in it, open item__djbnutrition_mod.xml with a text editor and delete the lines with the specified names, save, Download "KCD PAK Builder" and pack the unpacked folder, replacing the old file in the same directory.
There is no simpler method

<Food ... Name="Alcohol3" />
You can remove them from the mod and repack them, then the game will no longer crash

Можно их удалить из мода и переупаковать, тогда игра больше не крашится

Various foods especially those created from the cooking mod should be able to fill up multiple nutrition areas too.

@geeks on hugs - you can get the inventory version on nexusmods where you can track the nutrition in the buffs section, this is the one I use normally, cause I like a nice clean in game view. pretty sure you can still see buffs in hardcore, but i haven’t checked that just yet.
@sigma - sounds like the mod isn’t loading properly for some reason - you can email me the kcd.log if you like and I’ll have a look to see why
