not only that, its been a little while since the release of Garrys Mod-it's been 20 years and Nintendo through those years could have sent a DMCA take down during the first start of Garrys Mod Nintendo addons. As Gmod was pretty popular during 2013-2017 (As far as I have seen)

but this mod is making no money off of the characters, Palworld however is directly making money and game has SO MANY characters that look exactly like Pokemon, which is liable for DMCAs/Lawsuits. Mods aren't there own separate game that has more a lot of attention and is making money for Nintendo to send a DMCA take down, mainly because Nintendo was never the one who DMCA'd garrys mod, it was a troll faking the company.

Non of you have anything to fear, so with that being said, you don’t need to download the mod or archive it, it’s staying here, and the creator can just reupload even if it’s taken down. This is likely never to be taken down considering this is making no money, and Nintendo only takes down big games using their characters and is making lots of money

@sl Nintendo is not going to take this down, it was Aayron peters, a troll who fakes being companies to DMCAs on copyrighted content, there is no need to download this mod, mainly because Nintendo is aiming for bigger games using their characters, or are making money off of said characters. Mods do not make money as the they are used for additional content for a purchased game, and mods are simply just for fun, Nintendo doesn’t need to take down mods. Only fully fledged popular games using their characters and making money off of it

Can there be bigger varients of these enemies, like 2x the size they are now? A bigger goomba would be pretty respective towards Mario Kart's portrayal of them since the size makes them much more readable from far away. Just a suggestion tho for a little map project I am working on that would include DMC/Ultrakill like combat with Ultrakill, Doom, and these enemies (with proper credit!).
