Very possibly that could be done with MCT, but I have no experience or expertise with using that mod/tool.
Is there way to have the GHS reskin version be the default version? Like maybe an MCT option?

Scratch my previous comments about waiting to update for the next patch, I found something else I can do to easily alter the mod size for update purposes, this mod is now compatible with the aforementioned Golden Knight mod that gives her a full reveal of the face and hair. Be sure to be subscribed to both of our mods, and load this one on top of that reskin.
You can see in the preview wheel of this page what our mods look like combined. It occupies the 9th variant slot on the selector.
Thanks man! What you ask is technically possible but not worth it for me, time wise, because unlike the nose guard portions of the Tzar Guard/Armoured Kossars, GK's nose guard is part of her entire helmet mesh, it's not an isolated part that can be manipulated easily.
One small critique, tho tbh it's on CA, her lack of an nose has always been kinda weird to me. I know she doesn't actually have a full schnoz under the helm, but maybe the nose guard can be flared out slightly to give the illusion that she does? Very minute detail that doesn't really matter, but worth mentioning I guess.

I just took a look at that mod's structure, it can be done. All I have to do is just plop the head on one of my variants and call it a day. But you will need that mod still for proper textures, just make sure this one loads on top. I'll do that for the next major update when they do the Slaanesh DLC.
