You should give Sniper high heels, i think that could work over his shoes. (also would be pretty funny.)

why cant valve just let creators get rid of feet so they can model their own instead of looking chunky

Idea here is solid, however the hue shift on the colours is really noticeable, i would honestly much better suggest you make this style the normal washed out team colour, while the other one with the flowers the saturated one, so it can be mixed well with the hawaiian shirts and this one with more normal cosmetics.
