Any time I sleep, I get smacked with an attack and don't wake up, leading to massive damage over the course of the sleep. I've known asthmatics before and they don't chance dying in their sleep every single night. I also get attacks every minute or so IRL, which instantly sets your endurance to nearly nothing. The frequency of attacks is waaaaay overtuned. One inhaler can last for months most of the time irl, but I'd used a substantial portion of it in less than 24 hours when I spawned. I wanted to like this, but I can't spend the entire run at 0 endurance and 25% health lol. Maybe if I was on a server with friends who could cover for me, but certainly not in singleplayer.

It has to be an incompatibility issue with one of the mods I use, but the actual asthma trait doesnt appear when selecting a characters traits. I can still find Inhalers with other medical loot, which is odd.

Is a great mod, maybe an incompatibility i must have, fatigue never pass 29% when sleeping, i assumed was cuz always having asthma attacks because with low fatigue i cant gain endurance,

During an asthma attack, the first step is to use an inhaler to stop the attack. After the attack, all necessary measures should be taken to restore the character by allowing them to rest (simply sitting the character on furniture is enough). Relapses may occur during rest periods. While resting, the character recovers stress levels and temperature. It's important to restore their mood level. Once other parameters are replenished, the lack of stamina caused by the attack will soon no longer trigger relapses.

I created this trait for people who strive to account for all aspects of a character's condition, as the chance of an attack is influenced by a combination of multiple factors.

I mean, i can sleep, but fatigue will never recover due to having asthma attacks while sleeping, no matter if you go to sleep with any debuffs and full stamina.

Asthma attacks are constantly, cant never sleep with this trait as always having attacks and fatigue not recovering due to this, asthma attacks drains stamina, drained stamina causes asthma attacks, unending cycle.

Было бы замечательно если бы у персонажа сразу был ингалятор раз он асматик, т.к у моего персонажа сразу приступ и смерть, играть с этой чертой практически невозможно, но идея очень нравится.

Совокупность факторов тригерит астму..
Холод, паника, стресс, истощение выносливости.
После приступа астмы надо персонажа кинуть в отдых, что бы пришел в себя и немного восстановился ибо высока вероятность рецедива

На днях сделаю триггер приступа менее хардовым

есть ли какие то триггеры приступа астмы? в самый первый день начинается приступ,и я ничего не могу сделать

Thought i'd give it a go, but for me, the attacks seems a bit too excessive and regular. I was just chilling on the couch reading books and my character had 4 attacks in an hour, causing me to constantly use the inhaler.

I agree with Kable, This would be perfect if you could start with an inhaler

Nice mod ! Would be great if there was a medicine to take daily that doesn't calm asthma attacks, but greatly reduces the passive effects of asthma (like reduced stamina) for the day.

За такие мучения эта черта должна давать 10 очков не меньше

I found it unfair, since the Steam Workshop has three mods that add an inhaler, but none that implement proper mechanics for it. =D
