You can search the workshop, but I haven't personally made any voice packs. There's over 4000(?) lines of dialogue per character [per mode] to replace. Most voice packs destroy your eardrums and only replace some of the primary sounds, leaving the rest because of this.

I don't think thirdpersonshoulder requires cheats, though standard thirdperson may.

You shouldn't need to enable cheats to use this addon, but to answer your question, go to options, keyboard, advanced, and enable developer console. If you're on windows, press Tilda (~`). I'm not sure what you press if you're on a Mac.

It currently goes over the bone limit in L4D2 since L4D2 needs extra bones for weapon attachments, bandages, and so on.

I've got a request for you, you're the best at making vocaloids and while the character I would like to play as isn't a vocaloid she is animated and such. If you could make Colette Brunel from the first Tales of Symphonia, please god not the second one, and make her skin for either Zoey or Rochelle, I would be your biggest fan.
