They should be fine. The vj_base_check.lua is there to check for VJ Base if installed or not.

Addon '<color=255,128,0>[VJ] The Wheelchair SNPC</color>' probably conflicts with addon '<color=255,128,0>Alien Swarm SNPCs</color>' due to both having the following files:

lua/autorun/vj_base_check.lua
