Alright it is another mod I forgot to turn off causing the RoR to remain in 4 pieces.

Hi, can you also make the RoR artilleries of the empire also double their size? its weird when the RoRs still have four artillery when the normal ones have eight.

I am sorry, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't replicate your issue as mod works as intended on my end.
You can try to manually delete mod from your workshop folder and resub.
This mod will only work for Empire and only vanilla when any overhauls are introduced it could lead to CTD or mod not working as intended.

Just to make sure normal number is 4 so if you don't have 8 somewhere is problem, again will look into it.

No I checked the mod and disabled all the others it's not working

Are you sure you have this mod enabled in launcher or mod manager?
Just checked this mod alone in custom and new campaing to make sure and it's working as intended.
All Empire artillery are doubled. This only affect Empire factions.

Maybe some other mod in your game is incompatible.

I don't think this mods works my game still has the same basic number
