does this work with empire RoR units as well or just the normal recruitable units?

Hey champ, can this be updated please? Also doesn't this extend to all units in the roster including RoR and unique units? If so, why would we need another artillery mod as advised below.

Man this is good! I love conquering the world with the empire :D
Would love to see an Empire-only double or triple artillery as well!
