im not sure why yoou would core france tho thats the issue, everything else has a reason for being corable but to secure the production of baguettes you wouldnt neccesarily need to control it directly

after doing a world conquest i highly recommend making it so that instead of puppetting france you core france, and also please add more stuff for advisors and more conquering stuff like albania, coring the rest of romania or greece, expanding into hungary/ preparing for war with axis since they will inventively want land from you, ie Italy Germany hungary or soviets, and finally add some like moddifiers for teto, and even focuses that change her modifier or even just add a modifier for the teto-tito alliance.
