Yes they are, but they don't display on the cars. I'm having this problem with your caboose and pass. car packs too.

You can access the text options by pressing O on a car and clicking the "Name & number" button. Click into the number display styles on the right side of the menu to toggle visibility. The numbers and reporting marks should be on by default on these cars though...

You can open the load menu by pressing L and loading the car like a biome brush. Check your prop mods for the correct log type.

i dont know how to load logs on to the faltbed

Maybe when I make more cars that size, but for now it's just not worth it.
