Nice! curl ladder a bit tricky to place. Would be good to move the entrance a bit for head space so you can easily run up and down the stairs. Might just be my editing skills.

When i place the tree house in editor and try it out it works fine. But when i load it into the map i cant open the door. Looking at the tree house with an admin tool it will give me a complete other classname then the one it was in dayz editor.

Add option to lock with code lock, it's a nobrainer.
