Grate Halloween cosmetic

This is a lot different than Trencher's Tunic. Trencher's Tunic is more based of World War outfits, where this one is more around mining. Also, I understand that this game has a lot of limitations, but the class emblems of Trencher's Tunic are hella pixelated.

Bonus points for covering Engineer's default white shirt.
