Just updated this mod to include a new configuration option for spawn priority. You may need to unsubscribe and resubscribe to this mod, since steam seems finicky about updating when it comes to mod configuration options.

One other bit of feedback- "Condemn" has a typo in "Condmen Carnival" local action, and still remains as a highly-valued action long after the carnival has been destroyed.

No, that's a bug. The carnival's influence should be removed the moment it's destroyed. I'll have to fix that when I have the time.

I will check that next game thanks. To report another question- I had the carnival destroyed by some angry elves- yet many cities around it still have the "carnival influence" modifier and are losing sanity? Is this intended?

@snickeringsnaussages look at the POI itself. It's listed in a similar manner to how menace is shown for witch covens

Where do I see my current level of "control" ? I've bribed it like 5 times and used influence once but I dont see it as a modifier.
