on hit: target's max health gets reduced. they con only fix this by healing via a medic or resupply cabinet.
less moment speed while cloaked.

This would work great as a cosmetic similar to the samson skewer. Being a weapon means it will never be added to the game though

Yea not gonna lie, its looks quite good for a first weapon model.
Its just a shame that Valve never adds any new weapons.
