@Vespera: Thanks for the feedback! I do have some budget left to do the outline for her crystal hands, but there's no budget left everywhere else. I found that if there are outlines on her hands only then they kinda look out of place, so I removed them. I hope that if the set is lucky enough to get accepted, it will get some particle effects to cover what's missing from the set.

@SeeingTriangles: I see. I was thinking that's because of the polygon budget too and the dress would be harder to add outline as well. I forgot to mention in my previous comment to add the outline instead on the weapon, frosted hands, and/or the back insignia only. Would that be possible with what's left with the polygons? God I'd love her to be on par with your Lina and get an outline even at least at the back insignia part or for the frosted hands that has strong glow from the fingertips and fades slowly soon as it's up the sleeves to the shoulder part, that way it wouldn't clash with the body not having the same aura. Either way, the set is amazing mate! With or without the outline!

@Vespera: Thank you! Did you mean the red/orange outline that my Lina set has? It was possible due to the set not taking up much budget, so I have budget to spare to do something like that. With CM's set it's not possible because her budget is tighter, and the clothing parts with lots of folds (I'm not sure what's the right word for them) take up most of the budget, so there's no budget left for the outline. This set is definitely meant to be a sister set to Lina's, so I did plan them to have some similarity and contrast. I'd love to give this set such outline too, but it's not possible with the budget given (sets submitted to the workshop have certain polygon/texture size budgets that we must adhere to)

Something is off with this set. Don't get it wrong, I up-voted this set since you posted this and it's on par with your Lina creation. Both should be an ultra rare or at least on the rare side. But something's a bit off with her. Maybe it needs a blue aura as well same as how your Lina got a red aura surrounding her? I don't know maybe try playing a little with that idea and see how it compares with your Lina. Either way, hoping to see your sets on the next treasure!
