Well-Rounded Rifleman, but only for Heavy and with a cigarette for some reason. Redundant cosmetic.

Like the hat, but don't make the whole hat paint able. Maybe some aspect of it but not the whole thing.

It's one cosmetic slot instead of two. Also this one has a cigar.

You can get the same effect with Security shades + Well-Rounded Rifleman. This is not that different so it'd be an unnecessary addition
