It works fine for me. Do you have the compatibility mod above the Warband Upgrade Ultimate mod?

Either this or the base mod are currently non-functional, I've done reinstall of both and the button stays faded out when units are selected.

Is there a way to make the rank requirement lower than 6?

Finaly works for my, but I must install yet Warband Upgrade Ultimate mod.

Thank you for making this mod, it makes the game much more fun! I tried using this with warbands cross race but wasn't able to get it to work. Is this something fixable or planned in the future?

Yes it should. There is rarely anything that needs to be updated in this mod.

Works with latest patch?

also forgot to put it the past comment here but the upgrade UI is also ridiculously big too for some reason

don't know if its a problem with me or not but for some reason it just doesn't let me upgrade the field pioneers into their later versions

hello, i have problem with warband upgrades. i just cannot get this mod to work. i have full army of lvl8 units but when i click on the upgrade buton i cant see anything. i have tier 2 barracks in the city and army parked inside. but all i get is blank sheet that says choose you troops for upgraded but all my units are black and white and i cant pick them.
