I think it was a trade off for them nerfing the shotguns since in L4D1 the damage output is a lot more higher and it was very overpowered, not to mention the 128 reserve ammo which was nothing since L4D1 levels were never that lengthy and ammo was very abundant.

not sure why Valve got rid of the pump shotgun and auto shotgun dynamic tactical/dry reloads. also, people need to get a grip. literally flaming the mod just because of the title. jfc. it's a video game, not real life. ofc you don't pump a shotgun after you reload if it's chambered already.
