You don't have this uploaded on nexus do you? I switched to mods outside of workshop so I could use w3ee but unfortunately you cannot use workshop mods along with mods outside of workshop. This is probably my favorite triss outfit ! I did go back to using your royal vizima one for her, but couldn't find this one. The nexus search engine does suck though so figured I'd ask in case I missed it on there.

@werneckm2456 Yes, all the appearance and hair mods I make change the main appearance of the characters. You must disable the dlc appearances. Otherwise the mod will not work :)

Thanks for the answer, I'm playing again and I'm at the beginning so I can't check Triss' appearance, so your mod modifies the basic appearance, if I enable the Triss DLC will she appear?
