no you need to complete like 7 echo encounters, it's visually the same, and it also lies (says she's in heat ducts and shrouded stacks despite being removed from there)
the feathers you're seeing are for a different character

no its just visually different and i think you need to complete at;east 1 echo encounter to see it again? idk im seeing it but i didnt see it until a certain point and i forgot what made me start seeing it

the mod does something again cause they removed the echo indicator from vanilla

how does the base game mechanic work though? the vanilla mechanic seems not to work for me for some reason (I see double golden rings everywhere even in regions containing an unvisited echo)
