Wait... Isn't this weapon really old? I recall seeing it in the workshop like a decade ago =o

I love the idea of this weapon, but it feels to gimmicky. Here is my set of recommended stats:

-30% damage
-on hit: bleed 2 hp for 10 seconds.
-wounded prey: bleeding enemies have less movement speed and jump height.
