I've always wanted to try creating half-track vehicles using the designer but no one's EVER posted icons and models for such vehicles which I hope inspires you to check out the possibility of trying to add such icons in the game!

I've considered it but not done it. I wasn't actually aware anyone ever used Half-Track/Wheeled Suspension, it just kills reliability so badly. If there's enough demand for it I might look at adding truck/half-track chassis icons in a later update.

are there any plans to add truck/wheeled/halftrack variants to different pieces of this or previous? expecialy with USA and Germany, I believe there were a descent amount of wheeled/halftrack AT/AA/atrtillery that was mounted on halftrack and can be made in the game through choosing a different wheel type.

There may be. I'm working on another project right now, which is taking up most of my time, but that doesn't count it out in the future. Not happening anytime soon, at any rate.

Yeah my best option is looking at the content of the outdated mod, taking all of the GFX and icon files and rewriting the entire interface notepad file

That being said, you should give it a try, because I got into the creation of my own mods by looking at a similar mod and feeling a desire to improve upon its ideas. It's as easy as looking at similar mods and learning how they work-- you could even look at the contents of this mod and see how the code works and how it references individual graphics files. The creation of those files, is of course, a matter of some practice, but it's nothing you couldn't do with some time and some effort.

:C Its a shame because i previously was using the improved vanilla technologies mod but its broken now because it hasn't been updated and i cannot find any substitute mod, i would make one myself but its a lot of work and i am not skilled enough

@刘裕 it is compatible insofar as the icons are available to all countries whose tag is the same in KR as it is vanilla. As far as I can recall, that applies to all tags here except probably SLO (Slovakia). No special accommodations are made for Kaiserreich but it should work for the most part. This is the case for any other mod which uses the same (tank) tech tree as vanilla as well.

I do not plan to make a plane icons mod, mostly because it would require a bunch of research into war aviation that I'm less interested in.

I do have a WIP mod that relates more to making tank icons available for all tags, through a more involved system of licensing and capturing, and the like, as well as expanded generic tank icons. However, I am currently working on another project that's taken the front seat, so I have no ETA on when that will happen.

Italian and German tanks are pretty much licenses and they already exist in the game (and IIRC you can modify them)

I am aware. In fact, Romania, and Hungary also used Panzer IIIs and Panzer IVs in limited quantities. However, those are more than likely going to fall under a more comprehensive system I'm working on to implement purchased, lend-leased, and captured tanks from foreign nations.

Hello, you need to rework some of the bulgarian tanks, they was also having Panzers ( third series and fourth) and Panthers from their German allies, they was also having the italian L3/35 1934 model. As Bulgharian i'm going to be glad to see these historical tanks !
