I wonder how it would look like with the Fancy Dress Uniform, but I'd assume this also uses "shirt" as its equip_region. That epaulette on the arms would probably fit very well with it. Perhaps this can use "sleeves" instead.

i honestly really like this cosmetic, reminds me of the end of the line cosmetics, but i will say i do wish there was a style to remove the pipe personally, i think already got a lot of stuff for soldier to smoke :(

Cool cosmetic, looks like one of the classic cosmetics. Not overly detailed, very nice. Could you perhaps make a style without the rolled up sleeves on the arms so it's just the default arm model? Without them they would fit with almost all of soldier's coats and would add/make a nice detail and slot filler

Yeah, it looks like the insulated inventor, which is what uncle dane wears, but its too big for a paint region, so a white style seems right

I had to come back to this and say that this is by far my favorite cosmetic I've seen so far among all of the other offshore items. Fingers crossed this gets added!

I was wondering what might feel off about this cosmetic and I think I got it. I sized down a little bit the rolled up sleeves, let me know if that looks better when I'm gonna post it. Oh, I have also made 2nd style but I'm gonna post it tomorrow too, so stay tuned fellas.

I've uploaded a gif that shows that these sleeves are almost identical to the soldier's player model. I literally cannot make them smaller. So as you said, I've retextured these cause retexturing means putting another layer of faces on the existing model.

As others mentioned the arms are kind of thick, to me it doesn't look egregious. Maybe you could keep the retextured cuff of soldier's jacket and move the rolled up sleeve detail to be above it?
Anyway this is nice, would be even better with a no pipe option. Good work!

Now ill be honest, this isnt very good, it is extremely hard to model over existing character geometry and having it look any good, specially their extremities, so this is just dead on arrival, you need to completely reformulate the idea to have it look any good

Yeah, Yakuzas right since this can be attached to some cosmetic as a particle. It's like unusual effect so guess onyl Valve moderators and devs can add this if something requires such effect.

About the arms, Soldier's model has lower arm a little bit bigger than his upper arm. I can't really make it smaller since it's gonna clip. I can show you comparison with and without.

Neck is perfect, however the arms bud id say need a bit more work, they feel a bit too thick and end abruptly kad. Instead try to make it seem like that part of the arm is rolled up, think like the Veteran's Attire has it.
