Upkeep means you have to rewrite some aspect of the game that might make other mods incompatable so this is just an idea @Colonel Autumn
Electronics - used in producing consumer goods and military computers (the ships and army units need upkeep of this resource)
Composite Alloy's - ships need this resource upkeep for their hull and army units need this resource in order to be produced & army units need upkeep of this resource

huge collection overhaul I've been slowly building up.
Just have some currents about direction, ship sets and stuff!!!
I'm still in my testing on my current update to curb district specialization bugs, which I may of just fixed.
However my question retains how shipsets conflicts when that comes and any tech conflicts ?
